OFFICIAL PROCESS FOR SUBMITING EAGLE SCOUT APPLICATIONTo All, The process below are the steps for Eagle Scout candidates for submission of their Eagle Scout application.  Scouts email their Eagle Scout application for validation to ruby.ramirez@scouting.org and rudy.gonzalez@scouting.org  Scout Cc his parent, scoutmaster, and district BOR Chair on all communication.  After validation scout will email application to District BOR Chair.  Scout will coordinate with District BOR Chair date/time/location.  After BOR, Scout will email Eagle Scout application to Scout Executive for final signature. Eagle Scout binders/folders are submitted to district BOR Chair for Scout’s BOR. All Eagle Scout applications need to be printed from Scoutbook.
