Leadership of the Rio Grande Council, Boy Scouts of America, has started phase 1 of a campaign to raise $10 million to rebuild and grow Camp Perry, which opened in 1927 and is now in dire need of a makeover. The council’s board has identified more than $10.1 million in capital and endowment needs for Camp Perry.
